The
People Against Congestion Charging Alliance (PACCA), was
established in May 2008
with a forward aim to encourage the Cambridgeshire County Council
to consider
alternatives to road pricing.
PACCA
collectively represents the views of people from all walks of
life, bringing together businesses of all different varieties and
people from every political persuasion.
